3. Advisory Services and Engagement

Georoth offers three advisory tiers:

  • Starter Advisory

  • Growth Advisory

  • Strategic Advisory

Participation in advisory services, workshops, or diagnostics does not guarantee specific business outcomes. Business performance depends on multiple factors outside Georoth’s control.

Georoth reserves the right to accept, decline, suspend, or terminate engagements where alignment, readiness, conduct, or capacity is not suitable.

4. Application and Approval

4.1 Starter Advisory

Starter Advisory becomes active upon successful payment and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

4.2 Growth Advisory

Growth Advisory is subject to application review and approval.

Georoth reserves the right to:

  • Approve or decline applications

  • Request additional information

  • Assess business readiness

Membership becomes active only upon written approval and successful payment.

4.3 Strategic Advisory

Strategic Advisory is offered strictly by application and selective approval.

Acceptance is not automatic and remains at the sole discretion of Georoth.

Engagement scope and pricing are confirmed in writing prior to commencement.

5. Commitment Periods

  • Cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice

Growth Advisory

  • Minimum 3-month commitment

  • Cancellation permitted only after completion of the initial 3-month term

  • Thereafter subject to 30 days’ written notice

Early termination within the minimum commitment period does not waive payment obligations.

Strategic Advisory

  • 12-month structured executive engagement

  • Early termination subject to written agreement

  • 30 days’ written notice required after completion of the 12-month term unless otherwise agreed.

6. Capacity and Engagement Limits

Growth and Strategic Advisory engagements are limited to ensure meaningful advisory support.

Georoth reserves the right to:

  • Limit the number of active Growth and Strategic clients

  • Place approved applicants on a waiting list where capacity is reached

  • Decline applications based on alignment, readiness or availability

Strategic Advisory engagements are limited in number and subject to executive capacity.

7. Fees and Payment

All fees are payable in advance.

Failure to make payment may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of advisory access

  • Suspension of dashboard access

  • Freezing of membership

  • Termination of engagement

Georoth reserves the right to recover outstanding amounts.

Full Payment Option

Clients may elect to settle advisory fees in full in advance.

Where full payment is made upfront, a discounted rate may be offered at Georoth’s discretion.

Discounted full payments are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-transferable

  • Not subject to partial credit

Re-Engagement and Onboarding Fees

Where a client cancels their advisory membership and later seeks to re-engage after a period of three (3) months or longer, the applicable onboarding fee will become payable again.

Re-engagement will be treated as a new advisory engagement and is subject to:

  • Application review (where applicable)

  • Availability and capacity

  • Updated pricing structures in effect at the time of re-application

Previous membership status does not guarantee reinstatement at prior rates or terms.

8. Refund Policy

All fees paid to Georoth are strictly non-refundable.

Clients voluntarily enter into advisory engagements and remain fully responsible for their decision to participate.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Non-attendance

  • Failure to implement guidance

  • Early termination

  • Business underperformance

Onboarding fees are non-refundable.

Payment secures access to advisory engagement and intellectual property, not guaranteed results.

9. Suspension and Account Freeze

Georoth reserves the right to suspend or freeze a membership account under the following circumstances:

9.1 Non-Payment

If a recurring payment fails, is reversed, or remains unpaid:

  • Advisory access may be suspended immediately

  • Dashboard access may be restricted

  • Membership benefits may be frozen until payment is received

Repeated payment failures may result in termination.

9.2 Conduct and Professional Behaviour

Georoth maintains a professional advisory environment.

Membership may be suspended or terminated if a client:

  • Engages in abusive, aggressive, or disrespectful conduct

  • Disrupts sessions

  • Acts dishonestly or misrepresents business information

Georoth reserves the right to determine appropriate action, including temporary suspension or termination.
